Travel - Registered Nurse - PACU 13 weeks Plymouth , MA Shift - 10H Days 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM Facility: Plymouth Hospital Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. PRE OP POSITION - PLEASE SUBMIT PRE OP/PACU CANDIDATES ONLY ------- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED IN PACKET - TIME OFF OVER 4 DAYS WILL NOT BE APPROVED - Candidates will not be considered without these at time of submission - 6 am to 4pm; 4 10 hour shifts PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST DURING ONBOARDING - ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to assignment.
We need RN's to test within 48 hrs of confirmation. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RN's prepare for the test, leveraging the Study Guide provided by the client that include tips and answers MA license required at time of submission - FLU REQUIRED (medical exemptions only) - 6a-4:30p - weekends and holidays required - CALL: One 24 hour weekend shift a month, Three-night calls a month (11-7), Based on the needs of the department - Current Massachusetts RN license, 2 years recent pre op experience required.
Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required. 30 minute response time on call - NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Biweekly orientation - NM to interview and offer -- Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission -- ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB -- Travelers who have worked for *** as travel, perm or per diem within the last 6 MONTHS will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for 6 MONTHS to be considered #TB_RN
