None About Facility: Outpatient Surgery Center 32 licensed beds Teaching Hospital affiliation Department Information: Average patients/day: 60 Minimum Years of Experience required: 3 years for all positions Will you accept a first-time traveler: No Common Specialty/Case Types: Orthopedics, Plastics, DaVinci Robotics, ENT, General, Uro-Gyn, Sports Med Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: OR RN: BLS; CNOR (preferred) PACU RN: BLS, ACLS, PALS Surgical Tech: BLS, CST required Skills required: OR RN: EPIC experience, Comfortability and experience in the following cases: Ortho, Robotics – Davinci, Sports Med, ENT, Plastics, General and Urology PACU RN: EPIC experience, experience recovering the following: ORTHO, ENT, PLASTICS, GENERAL, URO/UROGYN; PIV start skills, critical care experience in PACU setting, Cardiac rhythm interpretation, PO and IV medication administration, Assessing pain and nausea, Discharge teaching, Patient and Family education Surgical Tech: Sterile technique, multispecialty scrub experience, communication, teamwork Support within the Department: Charge RN Peer RNs CNA CRNA Surgeons APPs Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC Floating: No Orientation (facility and unit): NEO 1 day departmental Other notes: Scrub Color: Mint Green, provided, for all positions Parking: Free Department Culture: Diverse, inclusive, teamwork driven, safety focused #TB_RN
