Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU RN) – Night Shift

Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 12hr Nights (Sun – Sat) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week Schedule Structure: 36 hours per week only. Full schedule flexibility required to meet department needs. Weekend Coverage: Rotational weekend coverage as scheduled.

Holiday Coverage: As required per unit operational needs. On-Call / Standby: Standard unit schedule guidelines apply. Floating Protocol & Unit Details: Floating is REQUIRED (travelers are first to float).

Floating may include PCU, ED Hold area, and potential sister campuses. Ratios: 2:1. EMR: Epic.

Travelers are welcomed into the units and expected to function as core staff in a strong team culture. Location Region: Cape Coral, Florida (FL) | Travel Candidates Only (50-Mile Radius Rule Strictly Enforced based on permanent address) Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE] Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2 years of dedicated ICU experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Prior travel experience preferred.
