Minimum 1 year of PCU/Stepdown experience. Candidates with only 1 year require manager review and are not eligible for auto-offers. First-Time Travelers: Accepted.
License: Active Ohio RN license or qualifying compact multistate license required at submission.
BLS and ACLS required. Charting: Epic experience REQUIRED.
Graduate of an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program. Preferred: Level I or II trauma experience. Required Clinical Skills Cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation.
Titration of cardiac and insulin drips. Heparin protocols and blood product administration. Management of BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, tracheostomies, and ventilated patients.
Central lines, PICCs, chest tubes, and feeding tubes. ABG interpretation and rapid response management. Care of chronic ventilator and post-lung transplant patients.
Renal failure and pre/post-hemodialysis care.
