As part of the Float Pool, you will provide high-quality care across various units, including medical floors, stepdown/ICU, and surgical/oncology units. Patient ratios are typically 1:5 to 6. Candidates must have at least 2 years of stepdown experience, prior travel experience, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.

ICU experience is preferred. The role requires proficiency in Epic EMR and flexibility to float to other units as needed. You will care for patients with stepdown-level acuity rather than heavy ICU cases.
