use AIDET, complete hourly safety rounding, and bedside shift reportHospital Specifics-Certifications: ACLS and BLSRequested Skill Set: We take care of patients out of the ICUs, Cardiac drips, patients with tracheostomy/ High Flow/ Bipap, and Surgical patients requiring drain maintenance and wound care. Must have: ACLS Advanced skills needed: Intermediate care drips (Cardizem, heparin, aggrastat, etc.) Certifications Required: ACLS
