Current RN License; 2 years current nursing experience; dysrhythmia management; BLS, IMC/PCU experience; Must have current experience with patients on ventilators, a-lines, drip titration, high flow nasal canula, tracheostomies, g-tubes
Provide high-quality care to patients in a step-down unit with high acuity needs Manage patients with complex respiratory and cardiac conditions, including ventilator dependency and dysrhythmias Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Attend Central Nursing Orientation and float as needed within scope Cover shifts from 19:00 to 7:30, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as scheduled Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
