ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, Missouri or Compact License Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Experience and

1 to 2 years required. - Certs Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). - Skills Required: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, telemetry unit monitoring, pre/post cardiac catheterization, sepsis, wound care, alcohol withdrawal (ETOH), suicidal ideation (SI), renal failure, atrial fibrillation (AFIB), gastrointestinal bleeding (GIB), stroke, COVID.

Preferred Experience and

- Previous Charge

Preferred. - Certs Preferred: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). - Skills Preferred: Cardiovascular sheath removal, feeding tube care and management, IV therapy/phlebotomy including accessing ports, blood product administration, central line care/management.

- Active Missouri or Compact License needed at the time of submission. Special Equipment and Tools

- Virtual Nurses, 12 lead EKG, AirVo, Voalte, Omnicell. Leadership and Specialized

- Charge RN Assignments: As needed. - Experience with EPIC charting system is necessary. Certifications and Other

- Flu Vaccine: Required with medical/religious exemptions only. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required. The position also stipulates that applicants must have a home address at least 75 miles from the facility, and there is a maximum of 7 days requested time off during the contract term, which must be finalized at the time of submission.
