Licensure
✓Active RN license: Kansas, Missouri, or Compact license required at submission
Certifications
✓BLS and NIHSS certifications required
Qualifications
✓Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience
✓Teaching hospital and Level I Trauma experience required
✓Experience with renal transplant patients and renal care
✓Experience with PD catheters, hemodialysis management, acute renal rejection, and Thymoglobulin (Thymo) administration
✓Wound care, drains, TPN, diabetes, and encephalopathy experience required
✓Experience with IV therapy, central lines, PICC lines, blood product administration, heparin protocols, and IV insulin protocols
✓Strong cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and emergency response skills
Epic experience preferred/required by facility workflow
