Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
✓Relevant experience in PCU, stepdown, progressive care, or telemetry nursing
✓Previous travel nursing experience is not required
✓Experience with cardiac monitoring and a typical patient ratio of 1:3–4
✓First-time travelers are accepted
✓Ability to interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias
✓Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
✓Willingness to float between units as required
