✓BSN Required
Qualifications
✓As noted, they will be expected to float across all of our ED sites (Main, Crisis Center at Mathile) as well as inpatient units when necessary
✓May have to be assigned to South ED based on staffing need
✓Will work in the Mental Health Crisis Center as part of ED RN rotation
✓Will be required to float to Specialty Pediatric Units (Med/Surg), PICU, NICU or Transitional Care Unit
✓RN will be responsible for care of 1-4 patients based on patient acuity and the unit
✓It will be expected to manage patient team assigned by the unit
✓Scrub color: Navy scrubs/Navy or black scrub pants (taken from image policy)
