Pediatric Floor Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not Specified. Job Details Position Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care for pediatric patients, adhering to organizational policies and professional standards of nursing practice. The nurse is accountable for ensuring quality nursing services delivered either independently or through supervision. Required
Must possess a current, valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license, or a compact RN license. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as an RN in the specialty area is preferred, with at least one year of experience required for some positions.
Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The role may include floating to NICU as needed. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced pediatric environment, providing competent care across various pediatric age groups.
