✓BLS (AHA), IL OT license

✓Required skills & experience: Pediatric experience for at least 1 year
✓Must have IP experience if willing to offer weekends
✓Shifts & Scheduling: Monday-Friday (3 days 8-430 and 2 days 9-530)
✓Weekend Requirements: If interested but not expected
✓Holiday Requirements: No
✓Department specific orientation: Yes - have binder and will have preceptor
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs are okay and preferred
