To be considered for this Pediatric CVICU RN / Clinical Nurse II position , candidates need: Experience and
At least 3 years of pediatric CVICU RN experience. BSN required. Proficiency with clinical equipment, computers, and technology used in the practice setting.
Ability to independently manage complex patient care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. Required license and
Current California RN license. American Heart Association BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
Three 12-hour shifts, with 36 guaranteed hours weekly. Day, night, or rotating availability accepted. Candidates available only for days or only for nights can be accommodated.
Clinical expectations: Provide individualized, age-appropriate care using the nursing process. Apply evidence-based practice, support patient safety, and coordinate patient/family-centered care. Guide and delegate to unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
