This assignment may float between all Locations:" Main, 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016" Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308" Avondale, 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392" East Valley, 3370 S Mercy Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297This assignment will require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICUDays and Nights Available 7a 7p & 7p 7a Shift will be decided in the interview.
