Schedule assurance weekly hours 20 hours /wk Minimum years of experience 1 year Requirements Background Check prior to interview Basic Life Support (BLS) Driver's License Skills Assessment: Pre-Op RN Tennessee State RN License Tuberculosis Screening Overtime / call back multiplier 1.5x for work over 40 hours per week or return when on call.
