Weekend Requirement Every other weekend 2 x 10 hour shifts On Call Requirement No call Floating Requirement / Locations No floating Dress Code Pewter scrubs Required: Graduate of and ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (preferred) or BS Pharmacy degree(accepted) Must have State licensure (LA LICENSE REQUIRED) Hospital experience preferred Pharmacy registration in the State of practice BLS or ACLS via AHA Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance.
