Evenings, shifts either 4x10s or 5x8s (training will be during Day shift) 13 weeks (with potential for extension) Interviews: In person preferred, video possible
3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience (large, academic hospital experience), Epic experience Additional
familiar with sterile compounding (overseeing/checking), order verification, checking sterile products, checking dose meds, checking Pyxis, fielding questions from patients/doctors, IV room, Ecmo, CRRT, consults, antibiotic dosing, etc.
