Pharmacy License for OH or Compact as applicable Applicable recent experience in this work setting Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting. Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Must have a valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy Equipment/Procedures: hospital experience; operates as the sole Pharmacist in the hospital from 1130 - 0600, with CPhT support Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
