Dispense prescription medications accurately according to physicians’ orders. Review prescriptions for correct dosage, drug interactions, and potential side effects. Educate patients on medication use, dosage instructions, and possible adverse reactions.

Maintain medication inventory, update pharmacy records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

PharmD License: Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required upon submission.
