Pharmacist – Aspirus Medford Hospital Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Day shift, 8–10 hours Weekday Hours: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM Weekend Hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday rotation Call: None scheduled Floating: Not required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required. Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
EPIC experience highly preferred. PRACTICE SETTING Inpatient pharmacy supporting: Medical/Surgical ICU OB/GYN Emergency Department Surgery Oncology IV services Typical inpatient census: 10–15 patients. RESPONSIBILITIES Verify medication orders for accuracy and safety.
Review and verify pharmacy technician work. Respond to pharmacist consultations. Support medication services across inpatient departments.
