🔹 Optimize oncology treatment plans and supportive care measures 🔹 Participate in multidisciplinary oncology rounds 🔹 Review chemotherapy and oncology care plans for guideline compliance 🔹 Provide patient education for chemotherapy and oral oncology therapies 🔹 Serve as a clinical resource for oncology providers and staff 🔹 Precept pharmacy residents and students 🔹 Promote evidence-based and cost-effective oncology care
