Licensure
✓Must have valid, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin
Certifications
✓Must have BLS
ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred
Education
✓Must have Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree
Qualifications
Inpatient/hospital experience preferred
