- As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in our dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative multidisciplinary team. You’ll provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to the Outpatient, Inpatient, and/or Emergency Department and other clinical areas. Key responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Preparing sterile and non-sterile compounds
- Performing medication reconciliation
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Dispensing prescription medications and providing consultations to physicians and patients In this role, your expertise will be critical in providing pharmaceutical care, contributing directly to positive patient outcomes. - Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of Pharmacy
