Certified Pharmacy Technician – Retail Pharmacy Location: Radnor, PA Position: Pharmacy Technician Setting: Retail Pharmacy Job Type: Contract Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a retail pharmacy operation in Radnor, PA. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience and hold either CPHT or PTCB certification.
The candidate must also meet Pennsylvania's updated pharmacy technician registration requirements that became effective June 28, 2026. Requirements Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience CPHT or PTCB certification required Must meet the new Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician registration requirements effective 6/28/2026 Retail pharmacy experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment Must be flexible with scheduling Schedule The pharmacy is expanding its operating hours.
Candidates must be flexible to work within the following window: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM 8-hour shifts scheduled within this operating window Every 3rd weekend required Saturday: 8.5-hour shift Sunday: 8.5-hour shift Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations Process and prepare prescription orders Enter prescription information accurately Support medication dispensing activities under pharmacist supervision Maintain accurate patient and prescription records Assist customers with pharmacy-related questions Manage inventory and medication supplies Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment Candidate Must-Haves Required: 2 years Pharmacy Technician experience CPHT OR PTCB Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician registration requirements met Schedule flexibility Willingness to work every 3rd weekend Preferred: Retail pharmacy experience Strong customer service experience Experience working in a high-volume pharmacy #AlliedTech1
