** - Provide acute care physical therapy to diverse patient populations - Develop and implement Home Exercise Programs - Educate patients and families on care and rehabilitation - Facilitate lifting and transfer techniques - Conduct pain assessments and monitor skin integrity - Evaluate patient progress and adapt care plans - Assist with gait training, mobility, and use of assistive devices **Required Skills &
