🏡 Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health 📍 Beckley, WV Looking for a rewarding Home Health opportunity? Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting Home Health assignment in Beckley, West Virginia! If you enjoy the flexibility of treating patients in their homes while making a lasting impact on their recovery, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes. Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals. Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence.

Complete OASIS assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and fall prevention. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state practice guidelines.
