Monday–Friday, Days Hours: 40 Hours per Week Contract: Travel Assignment Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing travel contract with Powerback Rehabilitation in Cedar Grove, New Jersey! This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with adult and geriatric patients in a rehabilitation environment, with a consistent Monday–Friday day schedule and 40 hours per week . Position Overview You'll provide individualized physical therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery and other conditions affecting mobility and independence.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans Provide gait training, balance activities and therapeutic exercise Address strength, mobility, transfers and functional limitations Work with patients recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions Collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP and other rehabilitation professionals Educate patients and caregivers Participate in discharge planning Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills About Cedar Grove, New Jersey Cedar Grove is a charming community in northern New Jersey, approximately 20 miles northwest of Manhattan .
