• Patient Ratios : workflow is one patient per hour
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Critical Care access hospital, with predominantly swing bed patients. Rehab focused. On average there are 2 CNAs per shift, and rehab has a tech 20 hours per week.
• Type of equipment: All lift equipment is available, large rehab gym with different pieces of equipment
• Documentation system: Cerner
• Scheduling

• set schedule of Monday-Friday (8:00- 4:30)
• Floating policy: will float to Eckerd Living Center if needed (which is in the same building). Primary location will be Highlands-Cashiers Hospital
• Patient Experience

Prefer 1 year of experience at minimum Hospital Specifics- •

• BLS required Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : ability to evaluate and treat patient admitted to the hospital with a strong rehab mindset. Focus is on treatment (vs. eval only). Advanced skills needed: none Procedures performed on unit: comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments. Certifications Required: standard OT state license and BLS Dress Code : (Required uniform)
