Full employer posting

Candidates residing within 50–100 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced rate or may not be accepted. Applicants must have worked in this unit or setting within the past year to be considered for this position. There are salaried and per visit staff so they are comfortable with either if the PT or Concentric has a preference.

For full time they would like the PT to do 5-6 visits per day. They balance these visits out so we would never give anyone 5 SOC’s. We do no more than 2 SOCs per day and even that is rare once they have an established case load.

It will take a couple weeks to build a caseload since we do not offer therapy services in the area currently. They are looking to hire a full-time Home Health PT for Pinal County. The therapist would be expected to cover Casa Grande, Maricopa, Eloy, AZ City, and Coolidge.

Our hours are M-F 0830-1700, but clinicians schedule their own visits so if they finish the day early or choose to start a little later in the day we offer them that flexibility. We have a PTA in the area to support the PT and help with follow up visits. We hold IDT twice a month which clinicians attend in person at our office in Gilbert.
