Valid BLS Certification; minimum 1 year of experience; physical therapy degree; ability to cover outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled areas; flexible to work weekdays.
Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 10 hours per shift and at least 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Clinical orientation provided; unit notes emphasize a team approach with moderate patient volume; day shift preferred.
