- Facility Department: Inpatient rehab unit
- Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekend Hours: 1 weekend per month

- Number of Beds: 20
- Patient Ratios: 5-6:1
- Patient Population: Neuro and ortho
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Neuro
- EHR: Epic, nethealth
- Required Certification: Licensed PT in the state of Indiana -
