- Join the team at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, New Mexico!
- Enjoy a 13-week assignment beginning on 09/01/2026.
- Work in an inpatient rehab setting with 16 beds.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional 6-7 AM start times for morning ADLs and one Saturday per month. - Required
Minimum of 1 year as a Physical Therapist.
- No floating to other units—focus on providing excellent care where it matters most.
- EMR system: Cerner.
- Dress code: Grey scrub top and black scrub bottoms.
- Convenient onsite parking available.
