Up to $10,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Physical Therapist / PT

Days Job Type: Full Time Hours: 8-hour day shifts (4x10 schedules also possible)

Monday
Friday. 38
40 guaranteed hours per week. Weekend rotation every 6th
7th weekend. Holiday rotation rare.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment. Setting: Mostly outpatient with some inpatient; occasional SNF/home health possible. Certifications Required: Minnesota PT license; BLS required within 1 year of hire.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a health-related field; EMR experience preferred (Epic). Charting System: Epic.
