Days Job Type: Full Time Hours: 8-hour day shifts (4x10 schedules also possible)
Monday-Friday. 38-40 guaranteed hours per week. Weekend rotation every 6th-7th weekend. Holiday rotation rare.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment. Setting: Mostly outpatient with some inpatient; occasional SNF/home health possible. Certifications Required: Minnesota PT license; BLS required within 1 year of hire.
