8 or 10 hour Days 40 hours per week. Benefits & Incentives: Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 Relocation assistance Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Bachelor’s degree if graduated before 1/1/2016 Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required if graduated after 1/1/2016 International candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy Must hold or be eligible for an Indiana PT license within 90 days CPR certification required within 90 days APTA membership preferred Experience preferred but not required beyond clinical training
