Position: Physical Therapist - Home Health Location: Mount Vernon, IL Pay Rate (Local): $70/hr Total Travel Package: $3,186.00/week * Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package * Taxable Wages = $1,940.00/week Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,701.00/ week

8 hour days ; M- F 8 AM - 4:30 PM mileage reimbursement for all visits Coverage Areas: White, Hamilton, Franklin, Saline Duration: 12 weeks (extension likely)
