Current State License as a Physical Therapist; Proof of current CPR certification; Current driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance; 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.

Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness of care. Develop, review, and revise care plans and documentation, including Plans of Care and progress notes. Plan and execute treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on medical referral and assessments.

Instruct patients and families on transfer techniques, equipment use, and home modifications to ensure safety and efficacy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver patient-centered care. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
