Perform patient assessments and physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and gait training Assist patients with rehabilitation, strength, range of motion, and functional mobility Document evaluations, progress, reassessments, goals, and discharge plans Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention
