Contract details

This temporary direct Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Marysville, California, a welcoming Northern California community known for its relaxed pace, historic character, and easy access to outdoor recreation. Situated within reach of Sacramento and the Sierra Nevada foothills, the area offers weekend access to hiking, lakes, and wine country while maintaining the feel of a friendly, close-knit town. You will join a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic that sees a broad mix of patients and conditions.

The caseload is primarily general orthopedics with only a minimal neuro component, giving you a strong focus on musculoskeletal care while still offering variety in your clinical practice. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, and manage a steady schedule in a dynamic outpatient setting. The clinic sees a wide range of ages and activity levels, allowing you to build and maintain well-rounded orthopedic skills.

Schedule is 5 eight-hour day shifts (5:8s D), with an expected 40 hours per week and no on-call requirements, supporting a predictable work-life balance. Weekly billing and pay cycles support a steady, consistent rhythm during the contract. This position is ideal for a PT looking to strengthen outpatient orthopedic experience in a busy yet supportive environment, enjoy a smaller Northern California community, and gain valuable exposure to a diverse patient population while working with a stable weekly schedule.
