- Shift Notes M-F 7a-3p Additional Details Trauma Level --- Charting System EPIC Unit Notes This is an outpatient setting with 80% Ortho patients and 20% Neuro. On average how many patients per day will they see?
- This depends on evals vs follow ups.
- Evals are a 1:1 ratio. Follow up treatments are a 2:1 ratio with the exception of high acuity Neuro patients. Those are a 1:1 ratio.
- With an 8 hour day, the maximum would be 16 (follow up treatments) and the minimum would be 8 (mix between neuro and evals) and this would require a fully booked schedule without any cancellations or no shows. How many evals vs treatments?
- We max at 3 evals a day. Sometimes we hit that, and sometimes we do not. What is the time allotted for evals & treatments?
- All patients are seen on the hour for an hour long.
