Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Duration: 26 Weeks Unit: Department serves hospital (IP and swing bed), LTC and outpatient. Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks Housing Provided!! Facility provides housing to travelers during assignment.
Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments. Housing will be available for move-in not earlier than 72 hours before contract begins and not longer than 24 hours after contract ends. Note: Housing unit will need to be cleaned upon departure or it will be subject to additional cleaning fees billed to traveler.
Pets are not allowed.
BLS - AHA, AK state PT license required. Pending license accepted application needed as a proof in submission. Experience working in Outpatient, Acute Care, LTC/SNF settings required.
