Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a rewarding Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) opportunity in Annapolis, Maryland! Enjoy working with patients to regain their independence while exploring one of the East Coast's most charming waterfront cities.

Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a SNF setting. Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.

Treat patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization. Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
