Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a Home Health opportunity with Humana in Richmond, Virginia!

Enjoy a rewarding assignment helping patients regain mobility, improve independence and safely recover in their own homes while exploring one of Virginia's most vibrant and historic cities! Richmond offers a fantastic combination of history, riverfront recreation, incredible restaurants, charming neighborhoods and easy access to the Blue Ridge Mountains and Virginia's coastline. Assignment Highlights Home Health physical therapy setting 30-point productivity expectation Provide individualized physical therapy in patients' homes Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility and functional independence Perform home safety assessments and support fall prevention Collaborate with an interdisciplinary home healthcare team Local travel between patient homes required Required Experience Candidates must have either: At least 2 years of acute care experience , or Previous home health experience Explore Richmond & Central Virginia!
