Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment with potential to extend. This position offers a diverse caseload across outpatient, inpatient, and LTC/intermediate skilled settings , all within the same facility. Therapists can expect approximately 10 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 4 units per patient.

4x10s | 40 hours/week Weekends: Only if associated with a holiday
1.5+ years preferred EMR: Cerner Caseload: Approximately 10 patients/day No floating required Orientation: Initial shadowing provided Contract Extension: Opportunities available for strong performers Housing: Local housing options may be available Interview: Typically within 24–48 hours of resume submission
