Job Title Physical Therapist Location Seaford, DE Schedule / Job Type Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care Must present a state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Delaware Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
