Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This position provides physical therapy services across skilled nursing and home health settings. Responsibilities include delivering patient care, collaborating with the care team, and supervising physical therapist assistants as needed.
Job Details
Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Assignment Dates: 11/16/202602/15/2027. Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC); minimum of 1 year of experience; physical therapy licensure required for submission. Additional Information: The role includes an approximately 50/50 distribution of skilled nursing facility and home health services. Responsibilities include supervising two physical therapist assistants.
