- Physical Therapist needed on the Coast of Oregon! Comprised of a 25-bed critical access medical center, rural health and urgent care medical offices, home care services, and a vast scope of services located throughout Tillamook County and the surrounding areas. Tillamook is known for its small-town charm, lively art scene and delicious Tillamook Cheese. The allure of Tillamook's community is complimented by access to outdoor adventures and the scenic Oregon Coast. Setting: Large Outpatient Therapy clinic with supportive team to work with. We have PT/OT/SP. Appointment are 1 on 1, treatment length is 60 minutes by default but can be changed with therapist request. Weekly Schedule 4x10’s with day off subject to change based on clinic need, can be agreed upon prior to start of contract. Pay Breakdown:
- Hourly: $53.00/hr Taxed
- Per Diem Eligibility: $1,246/wk
- $3,366/wk Gross Eligibility
- 8hr Day
- Hours: 40hrs/wk
- Duration: 13 weeks
