We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical department. The ideal candidate will display strong clinical skills and the ability to care for patients with various needs. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical setting.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting. Certifications / Licensure Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, BLS certification required. ```
