Physical Therapist

(List Format):

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients in both rural health clinic and inpatient settings
• Perform skilled physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery and independence
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, use of equipment, and home-based exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility policies
• Maintain required documentation and patient records
• Hold a current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Work flexible hours during clinic times (6:30 am to 5:15 pm), based on patient and clinic needs
