Job Title Physical Therapist Location Waterville, ME Schedule / Job Type Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Display valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a facility photo badge at all times while on site Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
